Indian diets are rarely short on food. They're often short on specific micronutrients.
A grain-and-pulse-heavy plate is generous with calories and thinner on certain micronutrients. B12 comes almost entirely from animal foods, which a vegetarian plate supplies little of. Zinc absorption is limited by the phytate content of grains and pulses. And most working days are spent indoors, away from the sunlight the body uses to make its own vitamin D.
Individually these are small gaps. Together, they are the difference between running and running well.
NutriPeak Multivitamin + Ginseng for Men covers those gaps in one veg capsule — nineteen vitamins and minerals, plus 250 mg of Panax ginseng extract, a root traditionally used to support energy and stamina.
One capsule, with a meal. That's the whole routine.

Six ways it shows up in daily life.
Nineteen vitamins and minerals dosed to Indian reference values, plus 250 mg of Panax ginseng — built into one veg capsule a day.
Daily energy
B-complex vitamins act as coenzymes in the reactions that release energy from the food you eat. This capsule carries all eight, with B1, B3, B5, B6 and B12 at 100% of the ICMR-NIN 2020 RDA.
B-Complex + MagnesiumImmune support
Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system, and zinc contributes to normal immune function — delivered here at meaningful daily levels of 80 mg and 10 mg elemental.
Vitamin C + ZincAntioxidant support
Selenium contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, and vitamin E supports the same defence in the fat-soluble compartment.
Selenium + Vitamin EBone support
Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium, while vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bones. Both are present — D3 at 600 IU and K2 as MK-7 at 45 mcg.
Vitamin D3 + K2 (MK-7)Ginseng for stamina
250 mg of Panax ginseng extract, a root used for centuries in traditional practice to support vitality, and studied more recently for its role in supporting mental performance during sustained demanding tasks.
Panax Ginseng 250mgBuilt to Indian reference values
Every %RDA on this label is calculated against ICMR-NIN 2020 guidelines for Indian adult men doing sedentary work — the standard that actually describes the person taking it.

ICMR-NIN 2020Nineteen actives + ginseng. Every dose disclosed.
Every vitamin and mineral is listed with its exact quantity and %RDA against ICMR-NIN 2020, alongside 250 mg of Panax ginseng extract. Here are the headline actives.
Mechanism
Ginsenosides are the principal bioactive saponins in Panax ginseng. A systematic review of ginseng for fatigue found supportive evidence across trials in populations experiencing fatigue (Arring et al., 2018). A separate placebo-controlled crossover in healthy young adults reported effects on aspects of working memory and subjective calmness (Reay et al., 2010 · PMID: 20737519).
Why 250 mg matters
A substantive 250 mg extract dose complements the B-complex on the energy-metabolism side of the formula.
Sourcing
The label declares Panax ginseng extract at 250 mg. It does not declare a ginsenoside percentage, plant part or extract ratio, so none is stated here.
Mechanism
Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus. Deficiency has been reported at 70–100% prevalence across the Indian subcontinent (Ritu & Gupta, 2014), driven partly by limited effective sun exposure and near-absent food fortification.
Why D3, not D2
D3 (cholecalciferol) raises and maintains circulating 25(OH)D more effectively than D2 (ergocalciferol).
Sourcing
Cholecalciferol, dosed to 100% of the ICMR-NIN 2020 RDA.
Mechanism
Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the normal functioning of the nervous system. Sub-clinical deficiency is common among Indian vegetarians (Naik et al., 2018).
Why methylcobalamin, not cyanocobalamin
Methylcobalamin is the coenzyme form used directly in methionine synthase, unlike cyanocobalamin which requires conversion.
Sourcing
Methylcobalamin, 100% of the ICMR-NIN 2020 RDA.
Mechanism
Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation and the normal function of the immune system. It accumulates in phagocytic cells and supports several innate and adaptive immune functions (Carr & Maggini, 2017).
Why 80 mg
80 mg meets 100% of the ICMR-NIN 2020 RDA for Indian men.
Sourcing
L-ascorbic acid.
Mechanism
Zinc contributes to normal cognitive function and normal immune system function, acting as a structural and catalytic cofactor across a large number of enzymes and in immune-cell signalling (Wessels et al., 2017).
Why 59% and not 100%
ICMR-NIN 2020 sets a comparatively high zinc RDA for Indian men to account for phytate-driven absorption losses. 10 mg from a daily capsule supplements dietary intake rather than replacing it.
Sourcing
Zinc, 10 mg elemental, as declared by the manufacturer.
Mechanism
Vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, acting as a cofactor for the carboxylation of osteocalcin. A three-year randomised trial of low-dose MK-7 reported improved vitamin K status and reduced age-related decline in bone mineral density in healthy postmenopausal women (Knapen et al., 2013).
Why MK-7
MK-7 has a longer circulating half-life than MK-4 or K1, so a low daily dose maintains status.
Sourcing
Menaquinone-7 (MK-7).

One capsule. With a meal. That's the routine.
This capsule carries the fat-soluble vitamins A, D3, E and K2, which absorb better alongside dietary fat. Breakfast or lunch suits most routines.
Take 1 capsule
One veg capsule daily with a glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily usage.
With a meal
Take it with breakfast or lunch — the fat-soluble vitamins A, D3, E and K2 absorb better in the presence of dietary fat. If ginseng feels stimulating for you, keep it to the earlier meal.
Every day
Micronutrient status changes gradually, so consistency over weeks matters more than any single dose. One bottle is a 60-day course.

Is this right for you?
We'd rather you skip the purchase than end up with something that doesn't match your situation. Here's honest guidance.
This is for you if…
- You're an adult man whose diet is inconsistent — meals skipped, timings sliding, vegetables losing to whatever's quickest
- You eat vegetarian or mostly vegetarian — B12 comes almost entirely from animal foods, and this delivers 100% of the ICMR-NIN 2020 RDA in the methylated form
- You work indoors most days — limited sun exposure means less of the vitamin D your body makes itself, and 600 IU of D3 supports normal daily intake
- You want one capsule, not a shelf of bottles — 19 vitamins and minerals plus ginseng in a single daily capsule, taken with a meal
This is NOT for you if…
- You're under 18 — the label is explicit: not recommended for people below 18 years of age
- You're looking for a therapeutic dose of any single nutrient — magnesium sits at 11% RDA and zinc at 59%; a diagnosed deficiency needs a targeted product and a doctor
- You're on blood thinners or thyroid medication — this formula contains vitamin K2 and iodine; speak with your doctor before starting
- You're expecting to feel a difference this week — micronutrient status changes over weeks, not days

What exactly is in NutriPeak Multivitamin + Ginseng for Men?
Each capsule delivers 19 vitamins and minerals along with 250 mg of Panax ginseng extract. The vitamins are A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7 (biotin), B9 (folic acid), B12, C, D3, E and K2 (MK-7). The minerals are zinc, selenium, magnesium, iodine, chromium and copper. The full quantity of each is printed on the label and reproduced on this page.
How long does one bottle last?
Sixty days. The bottle contains 60 capsules and the recommended usage is one capsule daily, so one pack is a full 60-day course.
Why is this labelled "for men"?
The %RDA figures on this label are calculated against ICMR-NIN 2020 guidelines for adult Indian men doing sedentary work. Men's and women's reference values differ for several nutrients, so the dosing is matched to the male reference set.
Why is the ginseng in here?
Panax ginseng has a long history of traditional use for supporting energy and stamina, and it complements the B-complex on the energy-metabolism side of the formula. Each capsule contains 250 mg of the extract.
Why isn't every nutrient at 100% RDA?
Because that would be a marketing decision rather than a formulation one. Vitamin A is deliberately at 60% because preformed vitamin A accumulates in the body with daily long-term use. Magnesium is at 11% because a meaningful magnesium dose will not fit into a single capsule alongside everything else. Zinc is at 59% because the capsule is designed to supplement a normal diet, not replace it.
Is this suitable for vegetarians?
Yes. The label carries the green vegetarian mark and the capsule shell is hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, a plant-derived material rather than gelatin.
When should I take it?
One capsule daily with a meal. The capsule contains the fat-soluble vitamins A, D3, E and K2, which absorb better in the presence of dietary fat. Most people find breakfast or lunch easiest to stick to.
What happens if I miss a day?
Take the next capsule at your usual time. Do not double up — the label states clearly not to exceed the recommended daily dosage.
Can I take this alongside my protein powder or creatine?
Generally yes, as those are macronutrient and performance products with no overlap with this formula. Avoid doubling up on the same micronutrients — if you already take a standalone Vitamin D3+K2 or vitamin C supplement, this capsule already provides 100% of the ICMR-NIN 2020 RDA of both.
Is this FSSAI approved?
FSSAI licenses food business operators and regulates products under the Food Safety and Standards Act — it does not "approve" individual products, and no supplement in India can accurately claim FSSAI approval. NutriPeak Pvt. Ltd. holds FSSAI Licence No. 13624999000332 as the marketer and Beryl India Pharmaceuticals holds FSSAI Licence No. 10821999000432 as the manufacturer. Both numbers are printed on the pack and are verifiable on the FSSAI FoSCoS portal.
What does the USFDA mark on the pack mean?
It means the manufacturing facility is registered with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Registration is an administrative listing — it is not an approval, endorsement or evaluation of this product by the US FDA, and we will never describe it as one. The FDA does not approve dietary supplements, and this product is not sold in the United States.
Are there any interactions I should know about?
This formula contains vitamin K2, which can interact with blood-thinning medication, and iodine, which is relevant if you take thyroid medication. Speak to your doctor before starting if either applies, or if you are on any prescription medication, have a known allergy, or have a medical condition. The product is not recommended for anyone under 18 years of age and is not for medicinal use.
What does it cost per day?
It's ₹499 (inclusive of all taxes) for 60 capsules — down from the ₹749 MRP. That works out to about ₹8.32 per capsule, and at one capsule a day, ₹8.32 per day.
How does the subscription work?
The default cadence is one bottle every two months, matched to how long a bottle lasts at the label dose, so a fresh pack arrives just as you finish the last one. You can skip, pause, change the frequency or cancel at any time from your account.
What's the return and refund policy?
Sealed, unopened products are returnable within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened products cannot be returned for food-safety reasons (FSSAI regulations). For quality issues or transit damage, email care@nutripeak.in with photos and your order number — we'll process a free replacement within 48 hours.
