Curcumin 95% + Piperine Capsules — Joint & Antioxidant Support | 60 Veg Capsules
Your grandmother was right about haldi. Modern science is catching up.
Turmeric has been part of the Indian kitchen for over 4,000 years. Its active compound, curcumin, is one of the most thoroughly studied anti-inflammatory molecules in modern research.
But here's the catch: raw turmeric contains only 2–5% curcuminoids, and curcumin on its own has notoriously poor bioavailability. Most of what you swallow gets eliminated before your bloodstream ever sees it.
NutriPeak delivers 500mg of 95% curcuminoids — the same standardisation used in the published research — paired with 10mg of 95% piperine from black pepper extract.
To get the same curcuminoid load from raw turmeric, you'd need to eat 10–25 grams of haldi every day. One capsule does it.

Six ways it shows up in daily life.
Curcumin works through some of the most well-mapped molecular pathways in nutrition science. Here's what consistent daily use supports.
Joint comfort & mobility
Curcumin helps support the body's natural response to joint discomfort by modulating inflammatory pathways. Particularly relevant for desk-bound professionals, active adults, and anyone managing long-term joint wear.
Curcuminoids 500mgAntioxidant defence
Curcuminoids are potent free-radical scavengers — donating hydrogen atoms to neutralise reactive oxygen species (ROS) that accelerate cellular ageing and tissue damage from pollution, stress, and UV exposure.
ROS neutralisationInflammation response support
Curcumin interacts with NF-κB signalling — the master regulator of inflammatory gene expression — supporting your body's natural ability to manage chronic low-grade inflammation without suppressing healthy immune response.
NF-κB modulation20× superior absorption
Standard curcumin is poorly absorbed and rapidly cleared by the liver. Piperine inhibits glucuronidation — the metabolic process that eliminates curcumin — allowing significantly more to reach circulation. Documented effect: up to 2,000% increase.
Piperine 95% · 10mgDaily wellness ritual
One capsule, with one meal, once a day. No bulky powder, no overpowering haldi aftertaste, no complicated stacks. Clean excipients, plant-based capsule shell, no added sugar.
1 capsule dailyClean, certified, vegetarian
Free from gluten, GMOs, artificial colours, and animal-derived gelatin. Manufactured in a HACCP-certified, GMP-compliant facility under FSSAI licence. The yellow pigment in the capsule comes from the curcumin itself — not added colour.

HPMC veg shellTwo ingredients. Both standardised to 95%.
The whole formula is built on a simple principle: deliver curcumin at clinically meaningful potency, paired with the one compound that actually makes it absorbable. Here's how each piece works.
Mechanism
Curcuminoids — primarily curcumin, bisdemethoxycurcumin, and demethoxycurcumin — modulate the NF-κB signalling pathway, the master regulator of inflammatory gene expression. They also act as direct-acting antioxidants by donating hydrogen atoms to neutralise reactive oxygen species (ROS) at the cellular level.
Why 95% standardised, not raw turmeric powder
Raw turmeric powder is only 2–5% curcumin by weight. To get 500mg of curcumin from raw haldi, you'd need 10–25 grams of turmeric daily — practically impossible to consume, and without piperine, most of it would still pass through unabsorbed. Standardisation to 95% curcuminoids gives you a consistent, potency-verified dose in a single capsule, matching the form used across decades of published research.
Sourcing
Sourced from Indian-grown Curcuma longa rhizomes (Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra), extracted and standardised in an HPLC-verified facility. Every batch tested for curcuminoid potency and absence of colour-enhancing adulterants — a known issue with cheap turmeric extracts.
Mechanism
Piperine is an alkaloid that inhibits hepatic and intestinal glucuronidation — the primary metabolic pathway by which the body rapidly clears curcumin before it can reach systemic circulation. By slowing curcumin's elimination, piperine dramatically increases the amount that actually enters the bloodstream and reaches target tissues.
Why piperine is non-negotiable
The landmark 1998 Shoba et al. study showed that 20mg of piperine co-administered with curcumin increased serum curcumin levels by approximately 2,000% in human volunteers. Without piperine, curcumin's poor bioavailability means most of what you take produces nothing more than expensive yellow urine. At 10mg of 95% piperine, this formulation delivers a precise, well-tolerated supporting dose — pure piperine without the GI-irritating compounds (piperyline, piperettine) found in raw black pepper.
Sourcing
Standardised extract from Piper nigrum fruit. [PLACEHOLDER — confirm with manufacturer whether this is the branded form Bioperine® by Sabinsa Corp; if so, leverage that ingredient credibility on the PDP.] HPLC-verified for piperine content.

One capsule, with food. That's the whole protocol.
Curcumin is fat-soluble — its absorption nearly doubles when taken with a meal containing some dietary fat. Empty-stomach dosing isn't dangerous, just wasteful.
Take 1 capsule
One veg capsule with a glass of water. Don't chew or open it — the HPMC shell is designed to release the curcumin and piperine in your small intestine, where absorption peaks.
With your largest meal
Lunch or dinner — ideally a meal with some healthy fat (dal with ghee, paneer sabzi, nuts, oils). Curcumin is fat-soluble; consuming it with fat-containing food significantly improves passive absorption alongside the piperine boost.
Stay consistent for 90 days
Curcumin works cumulatively — it builds up in tissue and modulates inflammatory gene expression over weeks, not days. Some notice changes in joint comfort and energy in 4–8 weeks; meaningful antioxidant and inflammation outcomes need a 90-day cycle minimum.

Is this right for you?
We'd rather you skip the purchase than end up with something that doesn't match your situation. Here's honest guidance.
This is for you if…
- You're a desk-bound professional (25–45) noticing stiffness in your lower back, neck, or knees from 8–10 hours of seated work
- You're an active fitness enthusiast (20–40) wanting recovery support and long-term joint protection from training load
- You're 45+ taking a proactive approach to healthy ageing — curcumin is one of the most evidence-backed daily supplements for this life stage
- You read every label and want a clean, FSSAI-licensed veg capsule with transparent sourcing — no gelatin, no GMOs, no artificial fillers
- You've tried raw turmeric or generic curcumin supplements and felt nothing — chances are the absorption was the problem
- You're committed to a 90-day cycle and understand curcumin is a long-game investment, not an overnight fix
This is NOT for you if…
- You're under 18 — this product is not recommended for children or adolescents
- You're pregnant, nursing, or planning pregnancy — please consult your gynaecologist before starting
- You're on blood-thinning medication (Warfarin, Clopidogrel, high-dose Aspirin) — curcumin and piperine can affect coagulation; speak to your physician first
- You have gallbladder issues, gallstones, or active bile duct obstruction — curcumin stimulates bile flow and may aggravate these conditions
- You're scheduled for surgery within the next two weeks — discontinue use beforehand and consult your surgeon
- You're looking for an instant, overnight fix — curcumin works cumulatively over 4–12 weeks, not in a day
The questions everyone asks.
Organised by category. If yours isn't here, our WhatsApp nutritionist can help — see below.
What is Curcumin 95% + Piperine and why does the 95% matter?
Curcumin is the primary active polyphenol in turmeric. '95% Curcuminoids' means our extract is standardised so that 95% of every 500mg is actual active curcuminoids — versus raw turmeric powder, which contains only 2–5%.
Standardisation isn't marketing — it's a guarantee of what's in the capsule. At 95%, our 500mg dose delivers approximately 475mg of actual curcuminoids. The same amount from raw turmeric would require 10–25 grams of haldi daily.
How is this different from just adding more turmeric to my food?
Two reasons. First, dose: matching one NutriPeak capsule through diet would require approximately 10–25g of raw turmeric every day — far beyond practical Indian cooking quantities.
Second, and more importantly, absorption: curcumin from food is poorly absorbed because the liver rapidly clears it before it reaches circulation. Without piperine, most of the curcumin in your dal goes straight through. This capsule delivers both the standardised potency and the absorption partner in a single dose.
Is this a medicine or a supplement?
It's a nutraceutical food supplement, not a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
It's designed to support your body's natural physiological functions as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. For any diagnosed medical condition, please work with your physician — supplements complement medical care, they don't replace it.
What is Piperine and why is it added?
Piperine is an alkaloid extracted from black pepper (Piper nigrum). Its job in this formula is to make the curcumin actually absorbable.
Curcumin on its own is rapidly cleared from the body via glucuronidation in the liver and gut wall. Piperine inhibits that clearance pathway, allowing significantly more curcumin to reach circulation. The landmark Shoba et al. 1998 study documented a ~2,000% (20×) increase in serum curcumin when piperine was co-administered. Without it, curcumin's bioavailability is so poor that most of what you take produces nothing more than expensive yellow urine.
Are there any artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives?
No artificial colours or flavours. The yellow pigment visible in the capsule is the curcumin itself — it's naturally bright yellow.
The capsule contains Sodium Benzoate (INS 211) as an FSSAI-permitted preservative for shelf stability, plus standard pharmaceutical-grade excipients (Diluent INS 341(ii), Glidant INS 553(iii)) and an HPMC vegetarian capsule shell. Sugar-free, gluten-free, GMO-free.
Is this product vegetarian?
Yes — 100% vegetarian. The capsule shell is HPMC (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), a plant-derived cellulose polymer. No gelatin, no animal-derived ingredients anywhere in the formulation.
The packaging carries the mandatory FSSAI green dot indicating vegetarian status. The product is also vegan-friendly — both the curcumin (plant-derived) and the piperine (plant-derived) come from the spices themselves.
When and how should I take this capsule?
Take 1 capsule daily with your largest meal — typically lunch or dinner.
This isn't optional. Curcumin is fat-soluble, meaning it absorbs significantly better when there's some dietary fat in the meal (dal with ghee, paneer, nuts, oils). The piperine handles one part of the absorption challenge; the dietary fat handles the other. Consistency matters more than exact timing — pick a meal you can stick to daily.
Can I take more than 1 capsule per day?
The recommended dose is 1 capsule daily. At 500mg of 95% curcuminoids paired with piperine, this already delivers a clinically meaningful daily dose for most healthy adults.
Don't exceed the recommended intake unless specifically directed by your healthcare professional. More isn't always better — consistent daily use at the studied dose is the evidence-informed approach. Higher doses are sometimes used in clinical contexts but should be physician-supervised.
How long until I see results?
Curcumin works cumulatively — it builds up in tissue and modulates inflammatory gene expression over weeks. There's no immediate effect, and there shouldn't be.
Most people notice changes in joint comfort and energy within 4–8 weeks. Measurable antioxidant and inflammation support typically becomes apparent after 8–12 weeks. We recommend a minimum 90-day continuous cycle. The cleanest objective measure is to track a specific symptom (joint stiffness intensity, post-workout recovery time) before starting and reassess at 90 days.
Is this product FSSAI licensed?
Yes. Manufactured by Mint Nutraceuticals Pvt. Ltd. under FSSAI Lic. No. 10822999000685 at a HACCP-certified, GMP-compliant facility in Panchkula, Haryana — the unit is also IAS-ANZ accredited and aligns with USFDA-registered facility standards. Marketed by NutriPeak Pvt. Ltd. under FSSAI Lic. No. 13624999000332.
Both licences are verifiable at foscos.fssai.gov.in. Note: FSSAI licenses manufacturers and marketers — it doesn't 'approve' individual products. The licences confirm operation within India's food safety regulatory framework.
Are there any side effects?
Curcumin and piperine are generally well-tolerated at the doses in this formulation. The most common issue is mild GI discomfort if taken on an empty stomach — taking it with food eliminates this for most people.
Speak to your physician first if you're on: blood thinners (Warfarin, Clopidogrel, high-dose Aspirin), diabetes medication, chemotherapy agents, or have gallbladder issues. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional if you experience any adverse reaction. Discontinue at least 2 weeks before any scheduled surgery.
Does it contain allergens?
The product itself contains no major allergens — it's gluten-free, sugar-free, GMO-free, and contains no milk, soya, eggs, or nuts as ingredients.
However, it is manufactured in a facility that also processes Milk, Soya, and Nuts. If you have a severe allergy to any of these, please consult your physician before use. This is a shared-facility allergen disclosure as required by FSSAI labelling regulations.
What is the return and refund policy?
Sealed, unopened products — returnable within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened products cannot be returned for food safety reasons (FSSAI regulations).
