Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy outlines the terms related to delivery of products ordered through the NutriPeak website. We are committed to delivering your health supplements safely and on time across India.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.
  • COD orders may require an additional 1 business day for verification.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST may be processed the following business day.
  • During peak sale periods (Republic Day, Independence Day, Diwali, etc.), processing time may extend by 1–3 business days.

2. Shipping Partners

NutriPeak ships through trusted logistics partners including:

  • Delhivery
  • Bluedart
  • Shiprocket (multi-carrier)
  • Xpressbees
  • Any other surface logistics partners.

The choice of courier for your order is determined automatically based on your pincode and product type.

3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines from the date of dispatch:

Standard Delivery (Free / Default)

  • Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): 3–5 business days.
  • Tier-2 / Tier-3 Cities: 5–7 business days.
  • Remote / Rural Areas: 7–10 business days.

Express Delivery (if available at checkout)

  • Metro Cities: 1–2 business days.
  • Additional charges apply. Displayed at checkout.

Note: These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to logistics delays, weather conditions, or operational constraints.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above INR 499.
  • A flat shipping fee of INR 100 applies to orders below the free shipping threshold.
  • COD orders carry an additional COD handling charge of INR 50 per order.
  • Express shipping charges are displayed at checkout and are non-refundable.

5. Serviceable Pincodes

We ship across India. However, certain remote pincodes may not be serviceable. You can check pincode availability at checkout. If your pincode is not serviceable, we will notify you promptly.

6. Order Tracking

  • A shipping confirmation email/SMS with a tracking link and AWB (Airway Bill) number will be sent to your registered email/phone once the order is dispatched.
  • You can track your order via the courier partner's website using the AWB number provided.

7. Delivery Attempts

  • Our logistics partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If all attempts fail, the order will be returned to us (RTO — Return to Origin).
  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address or provide alternate delivery instructions in your order notes.
  • For prepaid orders that are RTO'd due to failed delivery attempts, a refund will be processed after deducting forward and reverse shipping charges.

8. International Shipping

At present, NutriPeak does not offer international shipping. We serve only within India. We plan to expand internationally in the future.

9. Damaged in Transit

  • If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery and inform the courier executive.
  • If you accept a damaged package, photograph the outer packaging and the product immediately upon opening.
  • Report damaged deliveries to care@nutripeak.in within 24 hours of receipt with supporting photographs.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

10. Lost / Non-Delivered Orders

If your order has not been delivered beyond the estimated delivery window:

  • Contact us at care@nutripeak.in or +91 7901058585 with your Order ID.
  • We will raise a complaint with the logistics partner and investigate within 3–5 business days.
  • If the order is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a full replacement or refund.

11. GST Invoice

All orders are shipped with a GST-compliant tax invoice. The invoice is emailed to your registered email address. For B2B purchases requiring GST input credit, please provide your GSTIN at checkout.

12. Special Handling

NutriPeak products are nutraceuticals and are handled with care:

  • Products are packed in tamper-evident, moisture-resistant packaging.
  • Capsule and softgel products are packed in bubble-wrap or foam padding for added protection.
  • Please store products as per label instructions upon receipt.
