Refund policy

At NutriPeak Pvt Ltd, your satisfaction and health are our top priorities. We are committed to delivering premium quality nutraceutical products. This Refund and Return Policy is in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or tampered upon delivery.
- The product delivered is incorrect (wrong SKU, flavour, or quantity).
- The product has expired at the time of delivery.
- The product is missing from the order.
Returns will NOT be accepted in the following cases:
- Products that have been opened, used, or consumed (except in case of quality complaints).
- Products returned after 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Products not in their original packaging or with missing labels.
- Products purchased during a sale or promotional offer (unless defective).
- Change of mind after purchase.
2. Return Window
All return requests must be raised within 7 (seven) days of the delivery date. Requests raised after this period will not be entertained.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at care@nutripeak.in or call +91 7901058585 within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your Order ID, registered email or phone number, and reason for return.
- Attach photographs of the product (all sides), packaging, and the shipping label.
- Our customer care team will review your request within 2 business days.
- Upon approval, we will arrange for a reverse pickup from your delivery address.
Note: We reserve the right to reject a return request if the product shows signs of misuse, tampering, or if the claim is not substantiated.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Refund Timeline
Once the returned product is received and quality-checked at our warehouse, refunds will be processed as follows:
- Prepaid Orders: Refund credited to the original payment source (UPI, card, net banking, wallet) within 7–10 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refund issued via NEFT/UPI to the bank account/UPI ID provided by you within 7–10 business days.
4.2 Partial Refunds
In cases where only part of the order is returned or if the damage is partial, a proportionate refund may be issued at NutriPeak's discretion.
4.3 Non-Refundable Items
- Shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error).
- Gift cards or vouchers.
- Promotional or sample products.
5. Replacement Policy
We offer direct replacement (subject to stock availability) in the following scenarios:
- Damaged or defective products.
- Wrong product shipped.
- Replacement will be dispatched within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
6. Quality Complaint Policy
If you experience any adverse reaction, quality concern, or believe the product did not meet label claims, please:
- Contact us immediately at care@nutripeak.in.
- Do not discard the product — preserve it in its original condition for inspection.
- Provide a detailed description of the issue, photographs, and your order details.
All quality complaints are escalated to our manufacturing quality team and FSSAI-compliant review process.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
- To cancel, email us at care@nutripeak.in or call +91 7901058585 immediately after placing the order.
- Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return upon delivery.
- Refunds for prepaid cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.
