3x Strength Salmon Omega-3 Capsules — Heart Brain & Joint Support | Lemon Flavour | 60 Capsules
You started taking fish oil for your health. Then you stopped.
Most people don't quit because the science changed. They quit because of the burps. The aftertaste. The fishy reflux that lingers two hours after lunch. So they stop, and they lose all the benefit.
The other half of the problem: most fish oil capsules are 30% omega-3 at best — meaning a 1,000mg capsule gives you maybe 300mg EPA+DHA. To hit the dose ICMR-NIN actually recommends, you'd need to swallow three or four of those.
NutriPeak 3x Strength Salmon Omega-3 fixes both. 960mg combined EPA+DHA in a single 1,250mg softgel — a genuine 76% omega-3 concentration. And the citrus-lemon flavour is encapsulated inside the softgel matrix, not painted on the outside, so it neutralises fishy odour at the source.
One capsule. Triple the omega. Zero the burp.

Six ways it shows up in daily life.
EPA and DHA are among the most thoroughly researched nutrients on the planet. At 960mg combined per capsule, here's what consistent daily use supports.
Heart health support
EPA and DHA contribute to maintaining healthy triglyceride levels and support cardiovascular function. A daily 960mg dose helps maintain the lipid balance your heart depends on.
EPA 560mg + DHA 400mgBrain & cognitive support
DHA is the most abundant structural fatty acid in the human brain — accounting for ~97% of brain omega-3s. Adequate intake supports memory, focus, and neural communication.
DHA 400mgJoint comfort & mobility
EPA supports the body's natural inflammatory balance, which contributes to joint comfort during daily activity — particularly relevant for desk-bound professionals and active adults.
EPA 560mgEye & skin nourishment
DHA is a critical component of retinal photoreceptors. Omega-3s also support the skin's lipid barrier — contributing to hydration, elasticity, and a healthy complexion.
DHA + lipid barrierZero fishy burps
Citrus-lemon flavouring is encapsulated inside the softgel matrix — not coated on the outside. It neutralises fishy odour at the source, so daily supplementation is something you can actually stick with.
Lemon-infused softgelFreshness protected by Vitamin E
5mg of Vitamin E (DL-Alpha-Tocopheryl Acetate) is added to each softgel as a fat-soluble antioxidant — preventing EPA and DHA oxidation through manufacturing and shelf life.

Vitamin E 5mg · 50% RDAThree ingredients. Triple the omega.
The formula is intentionally focused — premium salmon-derived EPA and DHA at clinically meaningful doses, with Vitamin E to keep them fresh. Here's the breakdown.
Mechanism
EPA is a 20-carbon omega-3 fatty acid that serves as a precursor to anti-inflammatory eicosanoids — prostaglandins, thromboxanes, and leukotrienes. It competes with arachidonic acid in cell membranes to support a balanced inflammatory response, and has been associated with maintaining healthy triglyceride levels.
Why salmon-derived, not anchovy or pollock
Most commercial fish oil is sourced from anchovy, sardine, or pollock blends — which are abundant and inexpensive but yield a lower omega-3 fraction per gram of oil. Premium salmon oil delivers a cleaner fatty acid profile with naturally higher EPA and DHA concentrations, allowing us to hit 76% omega-3 in a single capsule rather than the standard 30%.
Sourcing
Sourced from responsibly managed salmon fisheries. [PLACEHOLDER — confirm and add specific sustainability certification (MSC, Friend of the Sea, etc.) if available — strong credibility lever for premium positioning.]
Mechanism
DHA is a 22-carbon omega-3 that constitutes approximately 97% of omega-3 fatty acids in the brain and 93% in the retina. It is critical for maintaining neuronal membrane fluidity, synaptic signal transmission, and visual acuity. DHA supplementation has been associated with supporting cognitive function in healthy adults.
Why DHA matters disproportionately
The brain is roughly 60% fat by dry weight — and DHA is the dominant omega-3 the brain runs on. Plant-based ALA (from flax, chia, walnuts) converts to DHA in the body at a rate of just 0–5%, meaning even a high-ALA diet may not deliver meaningful DHA. Direct supplementation from a marine source bypasses that conversion bottleneck.
Sourcing
Salmon oil with a naturally high DHA fraction — better matched to the human brain and retina's preferential DHA requirement than standard anchovy or sardine blends.
Mechanism
Vitamin E acts as a fat-soluble antioxidant within the softgel matrix, preventing peroxidation of the EPA and DHA molecules. This preserves the therapeutic potency of the omega-3 fatty acids throughout shelf life — critical because oxidised fish oil isn't just less effective, it's actively unhelpful. Vitamin E also independently contributes to skin cell membrane protection.
Why this matters in fish oil specifically
Fish oil is one of the most oxidation-prone supplements on the market. Without antioxidant protection, EPA and DHA degrade rapidly when exposed to heat, light, or oxygen — turning your premium fish oil into a rancid, pro-inflammatory liability. The DL-Alpha-Tocopheryl Acetate ester form is more stable than free tocopherol, making it ideal for in-softgel inclusion. It's not a bonus ingredient — it's protection for the actives you actually paid for.
Sourcing
Pharmaceutical-grade DL-Alpha-Tocopheryl Acetate, the esterified form chosen for its superior oxidative stability.

One capsule, with food. That's it.
Omega-3s are fat-soluble — they absorb dramatically better when there's dietary fat in your meal. Empty-stomach dosing is the fastest way to leave most of the benefit on the table.
Take 1 capsule
One soft gelatin capsule daily with a glass of water. Don't chew or pierce it — the softgel shell protects the omega-3s from oxidation until they reach your gut.
With your largest meal
Lunch or dinner, ideally one with some dietary fat (ghee, nuts, dairy, oily fish, avocado, oils). Fat in the meal triggers bile release, which is what your gut uses to absorb fish oil efficiently.
Stay consistent for 60 days
Omega-3 incorporates into your cell membranes gradually — most people notice changes in skin and energy after 4–6 weeks, and cardiovascular and joint benefits after 8–12 weeks. Plan for a minimum 60-day cycle.

Is this right for you?
We'd rather you skip the purchase than end up with something that doesn't match your situation. Here's honest guidance.
This is for you if…
- You're a desk-bound professional who eats erratically and knows your omega-3 intake is nowhere near where it should be
- You train consistently and want recovery, joint mobility, and inflammation management support — without adding three capsules to your stack
- You're 35 or older and taking cognitive wellness seriously — DHA is the dominant brain fatty acid, and dietary intake declines with age
- You've tried fish oil before and quit because of the burps — this one is genuinely different, with the lemon flavour inside the softgel
- You want a clinically meaningful EPA+DHA dose (960mg) in one capsule, not three of a 30%-concentration competitor
- You're committed to a 60-day minimum cycle and understand omega-3 builds up gradually in cell membranes
This is NOT for you if…
- You're under 18 — this product is not recommended for children or adolescents
- You're pregnant or nursing — omega-3 needs and dosing differ during pregnancy; please consult your gynaecologist first
- You're on anticoagulant medication (Warfarin, Heparin, high-dose Aspirin) — omega-3s can have additive effects on coagulation; speak to your physician
- You have a known fish or seafood allergy — this product is salmon-derived
- You're vegetarian or vegan — this is fish oil with a gelatin softgel; consider an algae-derived omega-3 instead
- You expect immediate results — omega-3 incorporation into cell membranes takes 4–12 weeks of consistent daily use

What makes this 'triple strength' compared to a regular fish oil?
Standard fish oil capsules typically contain about 300mg EPA+DHA in a 1,000mg capsule — roughly 30% omega-3 concentration. To hit a clinically meaningful dose, you'd need 2–3 of those daily.
NutriPeak 3x Strength delivers 960mg EPA+DHA in a single 1,250mg capsule — approximately 76% omega-3 concentration. It's genuinely triple the active per capsule, not a marketing label. One capsule replaces three.
Why lemon flavour, and does it affect the omega-3?
The citrus-lemon flavouring is a nature-identical flavouring substance encapsulated inside the softgel matrix — not painted on the outside like enteric coatings. It neutralises fishy odour at the source, which is what causes the reflux burps most people associate with fish oil.
It has zero impact on EPA or DHA potency, and contains no lemon-derived active compounds. It's purely for sensory comfort — but it's the difference between a supplement you actually take daily and one that ends up forgotten in a drawer.
Is this fish oil or krill oil?
This is fish oil derived specifically from salmon — not krill, not anchovy, not generic marine blends.
Salmon oil has a naturally high DHA fraction, which makes it particularly well-suited for brain and eye health support — DHA is the omega-3 the human brain and retina preferentially run on. Premium salmon also yields a cleaner fatty acid profile per gram of oil, which is part of how we hit 76% concentration.
Does this product contain allergens? Is it vegetarian?
This product contains fish (salmon) and gelatin from animal sources (the softgel shell). It is not suitable for vegetarians, vegans, or anyone with fish or seafood allergies.
The packaging carries the mandatory red/brown non-veg dot per FSSAI Labelling & Display Regulations 2020. If you need a plant-based alternative, look for algae-derived DHA supplements — though most don't reach the EPA dose this product provides.
Why is Vitamin E added to the softgel?
Two reasons. First and most importantly: Vitamin E protects the EPA and DHA from oxidation during manufacturing and shelf life. Fish oil is highly oxidation-prone — and oxidised fish oil isn't just less effective, it's actively pro-inflammatory. The Vitamin E keeps the actives you paid for actually intact.
Second: 5mg of Vitamin E delivers 50% of the ICMR-NIN daily RDA, contributing to skin cell membrane protection as a bonus. The DL-Alpha-Tocopheryl Acetate ester form was chosen specifically for its oxidative stability inside the softgel.
Is the fish oil tested for mercury and other contaminants?
Yes — every batch. Tested for Mercury, Lead, Cadmium, Arsenic at a NABL-accredited laboratory, plus pesticide residues and PCB screening (relevant for marine sources).
We also test Peroxide Value (PV) and Anisidine Value (AV) — the two markers that tell you whether the oil is actually fresh or has started oxidising. Lab reports are available for download in the Transparency section above.
When and how should I take this capsule?
Take 1 capsule daily with your largest meal — typically lunch or dinner.
This isn't optional. Omega-3s are fat-soluble, meaning they need dietary fat in the meal (ghee, nuts, dairy, oily fish, avocado, oils) for proper absorption. The fat triggers bile release, which is what your gut uses to ferry fish oil across the intestinal wall. Empty-stomach dosing reduces absorption substantially.
Can I take more than 1 capsule per day?
The recommended dose is 1 capsule daily. At 960mg combined EPA+DHA, this already meets and exceeds the ICMR-NIN target of 250–500mg/day for healthy adults.
Higher doses are sometimes used in clinical contexts (e.g., post-cardiac event protocols, severe hypertriglyceridemia), but those are physician-supervised. Don't exceed the recommended dose without guidance from your healthcare professional.
How long until I see results?
Omega-3 builds up in your cell membranes gradually — there's no immediate effect, and there shouldn't be.
Most people notice changes in skin texture and energy within 4–6 weeks. Measurable cardiovascular markers (triglycerides, etc.) and joint comfort benefits typically appear after 8–12 weeks of consistent daily use. We recommend a minimum 60-day cycle. The cleanest objective measure is a baseline lipid panel before starting and a retest after 90 days.
Is this product FSSAI licensed?
Yes. NutriPeak Pvt. Ltd. holds FSSAI Lic. No. 13624999000332 as the marketer, and the product is manufactured by Admetus Lifesciences under FSSAI Lic. No. 10020064002545 at a WHO-GMP, HACCP, and USFDA-registered facility in Jind, Haryana.
Both licences are verifiable at foscos.fssai.gov.in. Note: FSSAI licenses manufacturers and marketers — it doesn't 'approve' individual products. The licences confirm operation within India's food safety regulatory framework.
Is it safe if I'm on blood thinners?
Speak to your physician before starting. Omega-3 fatty acids can have additive effects on blood coagulation when taken with anticoagulant medications (Warfarin, Heparin) or high-dose antiplatelet drugs (aspirin, clopidogrel).
This doesn't necessarily mean you can't take omega-3 — many cardiologists actively recommend it for patients on cardiovascular protocols — but it must be coordinated with your prescribing doctor, who may want to monitor INR/clotting time more closely.
Is it safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Omega-3s — particularly DHA — are important during pregnancy and lactation for foetal and infant brain development. However, omega-3 dosing during pregnancy is different from adult maintenance dosing, and some clinicians prefer specific obstetric formulations.
Please consult your gynaecologist before starting any supplement during pregnancy or nursing. We don't recommend self-medication during these periods, even with nutrients that are routinely recommended in pregnancy.
What is the return and refund policy?
Sealed, unopened products — returnable within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened products cannot be returned for food safety reasons (FSSAI regulations).
For quality issues, transit damage, or fishy-burp problems (yes, that counts) — email us at care@nutripeak.in with photos and your order number. We'll process a free replacement within 48 hours.
How long does delivery take and is it free?
